AGE LIMIT and PRE-REQUISITE
For ages 14 years and above, NO prior knowledge of yoga is required.
DURATION of the WORKSHOP:
Total 14 hours split into 4 sessions. The participants will be equipped well, so you can do the practice on your own in the comfort of your home, every day, after attending this workshop.
Yogasanas( Intermediate)/ Yogasanas( Advanced) is a pre-requisite for those planning to attend Samyama in the near future.

Session 1: SATURDAY | 6:00 am - 9:30 am
Session 2: SATURDAY | 4:00 pm - 7:30 pm
Session 3: SUNDAY | 6:00 am - 9:30 am
Session 4: SUNDAY | 4:00 pm - 7:30 pm
(Attendance to all sessions is mandatory)
An empty stomach condition is required.
Finish a meal 4 hours prior to the class, snack 2.5 hours prior, beverage or cigarette 1.5 hours before the class.
Duration for everyday practice:
Once learned, YOGASANAS(Intermediate) will take between 75 mins - 90 mins for everyday practice
