Please note this is for those individuals who have already learned Yogasanas ( Intermediate) as taught by Isha Hatha Yoga teacher. This review session will include guided practice/corrections. _______________________
AGE LIMIT and PRE-REQUISITE
For ages, 14+ years MUST have learned Yogasanas ( Intermediate)
DURATION of the WORKSHOP:
Total 7 hours split into 2 sessions. The participants will be equipped well, so they can do the practice on their own in the comfort of their home, every day, after attending this workshop.
DAY and TIMINGS:
Session 1: SATURDAY | 7:00 am - 10:30 am
Session 2: SUNDAY | 7:00 am - 10:30 am
(Attendance to all sessions is mandatory)
An empty stomach condition is required.
Empty Stomach:: Must have completed a full meal -4 hrs / Snack- 2.5 hrs / Drink - 1.5 hrs, before the program starts.
Duration for everyday practice:
Once learned, Yogasanas(advanced) will take between 75 + mins for everyday practice

PRACTICE DESCRIPTION and BENEFITS:
Yogasanas are a set of powerful postures through which one can elevate one’s consciousness and manipulate energies.
In an untrained state, the human body is a constant manifestation of various levels of compulsiveness. By consciously forming the body into a certain posture, one creates a conducive passage for energy flow that can elevate one’s consciousness. Yogasanas are a way of aligning the inner system and adjusting it to the celestial geometry, thereby becoming in sync with the existence and naturally achieving a chemistry of healthfulness, joyfulness, blissfulness, and above all, balanced.
