AGE LIMIT and PRE-REQUISITE
For ages 14 years and above, NO prior knowledge of yoga is required.
DURATION of the WORKSHOP:
Total 5 hours spilt into 2 sessions. The participants will be equipped well, so you can do the practice on your own at the comfort of your home, everyday, after attending this workshop.
DAY and TIMINGS:
Session 1: SUNDAY | 7:00 am - 9:30 am
Session 2: SUNDAY | 4:00 pm - 6:30 pm
(Attendance to all sessions is mandatory)
Empty stomach condition is required.
Duration for everyday practice:
Once learned, YOGASANAS(Beginner) + SPINAL TWISTS will take between 40 mins - 50 mins for everyday practice

PRACTICE DESCRIPTION & BENEFITS:
Yogasanas are a set of powerful postures through which one can elevate one’s consciousness and manipulate energies.
YogasanasThe word asana literally means a posture. Out of the innumerable asanas a body can assume, 84 have been identified as Yogasanas, through which one can transform the body and mind into a possibility for ultimate well-being. Yogasanas are not exercises, but rather very subtle processes to manipulate one’s energy in a particular direction.
In this workshop the participant will be taught a set of Standing Postures and Spinal Twists practices.
