AGE LIMIT and PRE-REQUISITE
For ages 8 years - 13 years, no prior knowledge of yoga is required.
DURATION of the WORKSHOP:
Total 10.5 hours spilt into 3 sessions. The participants will be equipped well, so they can do the practice on their own at the comfort of their home, everyday, after attending this workshop.

(Attendance to all sessions is mandatory)
Empty stomach condition is required.
Duration for everyday practice:
Once learned, Angamardana will take between 25 mins - 50 mins for everyday practice
