AGE LIMIT and PRE-REQUISITE:
For ages 60 + years, no prior knowledge of yoga is required.
Pre-registration is not required, but appreciated. Walk -ins allowed.
DURATION of the WORKSHOP:
90 minutes every Monday for the workshop .The participants will be equipped well, so they can do the practice on their own at the comfort of their home, everyday, after attending this workshop.
60 mins for practice sessions every Wednesdays and Fridays..

For Workshop : EVERY MON | 8:00 a.m - 9:30 a.m ( Check- in is as early as 7 : 30 a.m)
For Practice Sessions: EVERY WED & FRI | 8:00 a.m - 9: 00 a.m ( Check- in is as early as 7 : 30 a.m)
It is advisable not to sit for the program with a full stomach, or immediately after a meal. Somewhat hungry, light stomach or empty stomach is optimal.

Duration for everyday practice:
Once learned, Upa Yoga will take 30 mins for everyday practice.
