AGE LIMIT and PRE-REQUISITE

For ages, 14 years +, MUST have attended a Yogasanas workshop, as taught by a Certified Isha Hatha Yoga Teacher.

EVERYDAY | 5:00 a.m. - 6:30 a.m.

(Attendance to all days are mandatory)

PRACTICE REQUIREMENTS:

An empty stomach condition is required.
