AGE LIMIT and PRE-REQUISITE

For ages 8 years and above, NO prior knowledge of yoga is required.

DURATION of the WORKSHOP:

Total 5 hours spilt into 4 one hour and fifteen mins sessions. The participants will be equipped well, so they can do the practice on their own at the comfort of their home, everyday, after attending this one workshop

DAY and TIMINGS:

Session 1: SATURDAY | 7:00 am - 9:30 am

Session 2: SUNDAY | 7:00 am - 9:30 am

(Attendance to all sessions is mandatory)

PRACTICE REQUIREMENTS:

Empty stomach condition is required.

Duration for everyday practice:

Once learned, YOGASANAS(Beginner) + SPINAL TWISTS will take between 40 mins - 50 mins for everyday practice
