AGE LIMIT and PRE-REQUISITE

For ages 8 years +, no prior knowledge of yoga is required.

DURATION of the WORKSHOP:

Total 10 hours spilt into 4 sessions. The participants will be equipped well, so they can do the practice on their own at the comfort of their home, everyday, after attending this workshop.

DAY and TIMINGS:

Session 1: SATURDAY | 8:30 am - 10:45 am

Session 2: SATURDAY | 4:00 pm - 6:15 pm

Session 3: SUNDAY | 8:30 am - 10:45 am

Session 4: SUNDAY | 4:00 pm - 6:15 pm

(Attendance to all sessions is mandatory)

PRACTICE REQUIREMENTS:

Empty stomach condition is required.

Duration for everyday practice:

Once learned, Angamardana will take between 25 mins - 50 mins for everyday practice
