AGE LIMIT and PRE-REQUISITE

For ages 8+ years, no prior knowledge of yoga is required.

DURATION of the WORKSHOP:

Total 9 hours split into 3 sessions. The participants will be equipped well, so they can do the practice on their own in the comfort of their home, every day, after attending this workshop.

DAY and TIMINGS:

Session 1: FRIDAY | 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Session 2: SATURDAY | 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Session 3: SUNDAY | 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm

(Attendance to all sessions is mandatory)

PRACTICE REQUIREMENTS:

An empty stomach condition is required.

Empty Stomach:: Must have completed a full meal -4 hrs / Snack- 2.5 hrs / Drink - 1.5 hrs, before the program starts.

Duration for everyday practice:

Once learned, Angamardana will take between 25 mins - 40 mins for everyday practice
